Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion formula: [°F] = [°C] * 9/5 + 32. You can kind of get an idea of the comfort/discomfort levels without any math if you bear in mind that 0°C = 32°F, 21°C = 70°F, and 32°C = 90°F.
